How we bake
Cremeldie's bakes one day a week so every order goes out fresh instead of sitting on a shelf. Place your order before the weekly cutoff, we bake and ship it overnight on bake day, and it lands at your door the next morning. The exact dates for the current week are shown on the checkout page and printed on your receipt.
Response times
Calls & texts: answered same day between 9 AM and 6 PM Arizona time, Monday through Saturday.
Emails: answered within 24 hours, usually much faster.
Order questions: include your order number (it starts with CR- and is on your receipt) and we'll get you an answer right away.
We're a small, family-run kitchen — not a call center — so every reply comes from a real person who baked your cookies.
