Terms of Service

The plain-English agreement between you and Cremeldie's.

1. Who we are

This website, cremeldies.com, is operated by Snack Flix LLC, an Arizona limited liability company trading as Cremeldie's, located at 3921 N Horse Mesa Rd, Golden Valley, AZ 86413. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Cremeldie's" mean Snack Flix LLC. "You" means the person using this site or placing an order.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here when you place an order is the one that governs that order.

3. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing or description error, if we can't ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud.

5. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated.
• Overnight shipping is a flat $45 per order.
• We accept major credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe) and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number — payment details are entered on the processor's own secure pages.
• Applicable sales tax is added where required by law.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect an order you've already paid for.

6. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our weekly bake schedule, shipping rates, cancellation window and refund process are set out in full on our Shipping, Refunds & Allergens page, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel free before the weekly cutoff, and tell us within 48 hours if anything arrives wrong so we can fix it.

7. Food safety and allergens

Our treats contain wheat, egg and milk, and are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and peanuts. We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergen cross-contact. It is your responsibility to read the ingredient and allergen information we publish before ordering, and to pass it on to anyone else who will eat the product. You are responsible for storing products correctly on arrival, including refrigerating perishable iced items promptly.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. We may suspend or close an account that's being used abusively, fraudulently, or to harass other customers.

9. Reviews and things you post

When you leave a review, you keep ownership of what you wrote but give us permission to display it on this site. Please keep reviews honest and civil. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, dishonest, invades someone's privacy, or is posted to advertise something else. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual customers, not Cremeldie's.

10. Our content

The Cremeldie's name, logo, photography, recipes, artwork and page designs belong to Snack Flix LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, resell or reuse them commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages.

11. Acceptable use

Please don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems, or use it for anything unlawful.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the site running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including products, at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona, and you and we both agree to that jurisdiction.
